She is willing to have a discussion with you over what has been going on since your last visit. Willing to see if another med can work with your issues that fit with your insurance plan better as far as cost. Understands how medicare works.

They explain things to you and have patience

I waited for about 5 minutes for the doctor. Again, not enough time to read my book lol she was so kind, knowledgeable, and gentle. She advised me of what she was doing before and as she was doing it, while keeping communication open to ensure comfort. When I left, they handled me with so much care. I didn't realize how poorly I had been treated by my previous OBGYN until this experience.
I will most certainly be making her my doctor moving forward.

I found NP Wiley to be efficient and warm. She didn't ask very many follow up questions but I didn't feel overly rushed. She could have been more trauma-informed and communicative during the pelvic exam. She also gave me a hug at the end of the appointment, while I was in my paper hospital gown, which I found strange.
