I waited for about 5 minutes for the doctor. Again, not enough time to read my book lol she was so kind, knowledgeable, and gentle. She advised me of what she was doing before and as she was doing it, while keeping communication open to ensure comfort. When I left, they handled me with so much care. I didn't realize how poorly I had been treated by my previous OBGYN until this experience.
I will most certainly be making her my doctor moving forward.

I found NP Wiley to be efficient and warm. She didn't ask very many follow up questions but I didn't feel overly rushed. She could have been more trauma-informed and communicative during the pelvic exam. She also gave me a hug at the end of the appointment, while I was in my paper hospital gown, which I found strange.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I truly felt seen and cared for during my appointment with Arielle Wiley. After weeks of feeling uncomfortable and unheard, she took the time to really listen to my concerns, examine me thoroughly, and explain what was happening in a clear and compassionate way.
She didn’t rush me, didn’t dismiss my symptoms, and treated me like a whole person — not just a case. Her kindness (even offering a hug when I needed it most) and her clear medical insight gave me the peace of mind I’ve been searching for.
If you’re looking for a provider who leads with empathy, expertise, and genuine care — you’re in excellent hands.
