She did a good job. She recommended me to different people and gave me the right medication and really paid attention to me and talking to me.

I felt listened to, taken good care of. I would like to have had a little more expression of trying to determine the cause of my issues. And also, I don't feel like I got adequate information about the medication that was recommended. And otherwise, I enjoyed my visit with Kathleen very much. That's all. Thanks. Bye.

The only thing that I would say was less than great was the wait time between when I was taken back to the room and when the provider came in. It was around 50 minutes which caused me to be late to work.

Fairview Brooklyn Park is my preferred clinic and has been for the past 10 years period. The providers are great, the staff exceptionally courteous and professional, and the location is convenient period. Thank you so much for being there for all of us!

Check-in was straight forward, most of the staff were friendly and I like the provider I have. She was attentive and understanding about my situation and health concern.

I just think the process is always very simple there. It's easy, the staff is nice, the doctors are informed, the nurses are informed. So it's always a good experience.

As part of my experience, I was directed to have a blood draw at your lab. My technician, Hannah, was amazing! She did a great job, even though we had to take blood from the larger veins on the back of my hands. My discomfort was minimal, my recovery was quick, and I am very pleased that she was able to assist me that day.

The only thing that wasn't great was the wait, and things happen. The doctor was very kind, listened very well, seemed very competent, made sure to get all the necessary information, and was overall excellent. Blood draw took about 2 minutes, kudos to the lab team. Nurses were all very polite, and very kind/gentle with needles. I would definitely say that if the price of such good care was a little bit of waiting, I'd pay that price every time.

Yeah, I enjoy my services with M Health Fairview. All the workers are unique. They are very patient, they are very kind, tolerant, and I really enjoy my treatment with M Health Fairview. I can recommend anybody to M Health Fairview. They are just unique people. Thank you.
