I did not feel listened to or taken seriously during my appointment. This provider even said that she "did not know a lot" about my medical condition, which was very offputting. However, the lack of knowledge did explain my poor care in regards to my condition. I will never willingly see this provider again

Dr Wiarda always makes me feel like she has all the time in the world to discuss my concerns even though I know her schedule is packed. She listens, asks questions and offers options for treatments carefully weighing each one and involving me in the decision process. I am so appreciative of her expertise and care.
