Our visit was with Whitney Gray, CRNP, and I am really pleased with her comprehensive coverage of all the issues we face. Very professional and knowledgeable in addition to listening well and responding to all questions and concerns.

We had a good visit with Whitney and she helped me and Mama with her suggestions. This is the hardest road to navigate and I am in uncharted territory. I am so thankful for the guidance and suggestions that help point me in the right direction in dealing with this terrible disease. I left UAB yesterday feeling like I had been listened to and we were on a better road toward getting help for Mama!

Whitney Gray is always supportive, thorough and informative. I enjoy the visits and appreciate the information and suggestions. She just recently provided information to me and my partner about a new research program which we might find helpful and she responded to my request for a medication change.
The request for a med change through the portal was frustrating and took much too long.

My experience was a good experience and very timely. I didn't have to wait long to go to the back and get everything done. Everyone went over everything I needed to know and were very welcoming to any questions I might have.

I was very satisfied. The nurse that called me back was very nice and professional.
Whitney was the Nurse Practitioner I saw. She was so kind and explained all the results of my tests where me and my family understood them. I have so much confidence in the staff and my doctors at the Memory Clinic.
