My doctor was 35 minutes late, I asked her to check my left knee, she did, but made no comment. She checked my ears and face because I have been getting sinus headaches more frequently than usual. She suggested a different otc medication. I forgot to talk about my right hand getting numb:(. She was with me maybe 10 minutes and asked me to come back in a month. I am not sure why I need to go back?

Emily and I make a good team for my health care. The lady in the pharmacy is really on top of my medication needs. I didn’t even have to ask to have my meds refilled. I arrived, checked in and even before I saw Emily my refills were brought out to me. STELLAR!

I felt the nurse was very nice to my mother, but I am her caregiver, I am trying to ask her questions she kept directing her answer to my mother. The reason I come with my mother, because her memory is not that good.

When I first walk in the doors, the special greeting from staff. The nurse who attended me at my Doctor which is the Nurse Practiener Megan listens to my complaint about my body and is very helpful. I love the information and activities that are provided to the patients they are fun and informative. I just love all the staff.
