We want our location to make us feel just as important and give the same things as the other locations have. What happened to the snack bar with snacks, juices, coffee, etc. They ask at times if you're depressed; but don't ask if you're hungry or need food; or do you have a place to stay? Also what good is having a patient advocate if they're working from home. Sometimes you need to have a face to face meeting and action taken the same day you see your doctor and not have to WAIT!!!

Care Provider/Nurse Sam was very thorough, attentive and patient with my mother during her appointment. Dr. Giovanni Avelluto reviewed past and present concerns and did assessments of Mom's descriptions of aches/symptoms. Front desk was efficient and professional.
