My doctor listens and addresses what I say so I talk about things that I would not have mentioned to my previous physician. This is important to me that he is giving me the care best for me. Support staff are friendly, helpful and professional.

As usual Doctor Rodrigues really cares about his patients and cant begin to say enough about the whole staff very careing people i only wish there was a center in Warren Pa.where i recently moved to i will truly miss them all i actually looked forward to coming to see my doctors and the staff and in my life never thought a place like this existed Doctor Rodrigues is willing to help me find a new doctor in Warren i will truly miss you all thank you from the bottom of my heart

Dr Joy Marshall always makes my visits worthwhile. She is a true professional, but in a friendly way. I know she truly cares about me as her patient but also as a person. She realizes that my life and those who are close to me affect my health; mentally, emotionally, and physically. I love that about her.

I have NEVER felt so welcomed to my Dr.'s office as I do here. I'm not ashamed of being who I am. I can tell them ANYTHING. Wish I had this years ago; I'm 72. Thank you Dr. Fabio Rodriguez, Travis, and all the staff because I can't name all of you. I look forward to seeing them.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Banerjee listens to my needs and acts appropriately. I never feel rushed. Facility is always nest and clean.

New doctor seemed very nervous to the point where it made pt and family feel uncomfortable. This provider did not listen to the patient's family's concerns. She was more focused on getting tasks checked off in the chart than learning about her new very complex patient. This provider did not mention anything about changing the frequency of his appointments and we didnt find out until we were at the front desk. Again lack of communication was HUGE with this provider.
