Everyone from reception to Doctors are extremely professional and caring. They tend to my medical needs with patience and provide great service. I am able to get my medical needs addressed and all my medications are provided at the Chen Pharmacy. It is hassle free just knowing I don't have to go to another pharmacy to get my medications. I love my Dr. Calafell.

Great Customer Service provided all around from the scheduling of my appointment, the arrangement of the transportation to their facility, the arrival at the facility, the greeting at the facility by the staff member working at the front desk, the taking of my vitals by the nurse assigned to get me processed to see my assigned physician, my meeting, medical assessment and treatment plan by my assigned physician, the checkout process which included the scheduling of my next office visit, and finally coordinating my transportation back home. Each and everyone of these services as each and everyone of the personnel I encountered were Outstanding!! Thank-you Chen Medical!!
