The phlebotomist was wonderful .. never felt the needle for my blood tests. I really like Dr. Voorn and she will be missed when she leaves next month.

Dr Farhangi is the best. She is always so kind and answers my questions. She is always on top of my care.

I got there at 9:30 a little late for me, but my appointment was at 9:30 as soon as I walked in they took me in which is what they do all the time. The nurse took my vitals. The doctor came in maybe five minutes later, she gave me all the time I wanted, asked me all the questions, answered my questions. The nurse came in and took my blood and I didn’t even feel the needle. Did such a great job.

Biggest issues are the phone lines. May or may not get an operator on the line to assist. Sometimes the system knocks your call out altogether after you have waited for a live person to answer.
