Hire more people at the reception desk so that when you call you can reach a live person quickly. It’s almost impossible to call in for any reason because the phone rings and rings and rings and then you get put on hold forever.

The staff is very professional, and quite friendly. They know every single person who walks through the doors. And it made me feel like the most important person in there. And then I had my appointment with Dr. lvoorn. She is The most wonderful doctor I’ve ever had. She asked the right questions, and listens to my answers. we talk, and it’s nice really really nice

Employ more people to answer the phones. Do you need at least two more people to answer phones in the office in Delray Beach Florida?

Just like every Visit when you walk in the door, they call you by name. They ask how you’re doing you’re taking in five minutes before your appointment you don’t have to wait the medical assistant and everything like that. Then the doctor comes in she asked you all kinds of questions and then you’re off to a wonderful day.

They need to have more staff to call different specific doctors to refer patients, to do more mobility programs for seniors like in Cagigas health center where there is Zumba yoga and dance walks, etc.

No one is responsive to phone calls, no one answers the phone. My primary was supposed to sent CentWell specialty pharmacy a script for a gel medication that my orthopedist ordered. I need the gel injection in my arthritic knee. I’ve called and texted my primary with response. Center Well does not have the script

It’s gotten better at the office. It seems that there are less people, working harder, much less chatter. My issue was not necessarily the doctors, it was always the outside office staff!
