My second appointment was great, I brought my husband with me because he was employed at the St. Luke’s cath lab and he was able to help me understand all of it better.

She showed empathy while being respectful, laying out all the options while starting with the least evasive yet informing me of the other possible options in order so as not to scare me half to death, which I appreciated. Very quick to schedule x-rays explaining why we were doing the ones we were doing based on the MRI findings, and so on... I'm feeling hopeful and confident moving forward.

I didn’t understand some of the medical jargon, but she offered things in writing which helped. She was kind and patient.
