Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and kind. I was called back prior to my scheduled time, the doctor came in immediately. The staff treated me with respect!

Dr How did a fantastic job with my surgery. The time and consideration for my situation and treatment was above and beyond

Dr. How is the best surgeon i have ever had. His follow up care is fenominal! I would recommend him to everyone I know.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr.How and his staff made a not so fun procedure a good experience. The wait was very short and once in my room. I love the camaraderie between the staff members. Their light friendly banter put me at ease and we even had a few laughs. The procedure was quick and painless. Dr. How was very good about explaining the process and what to expect. I will highly recommend this group to all of my “old” friends that are due for this procedure.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing… they need to do what it takes to keep these amazing humans on their staff. Thank you!

Dr. How was very polite, very patient, and very communicative during my visit.

Dr. How not only spoke to me but also to my son and involved him in the plan of care. He listened to him and took his time during the visit which we really appreciate!

Dr. Wei How was absolutely wonderful! Very thoughtful and thorough. Very smart. I feel completely safe in his care. Everyone in the office from checking to doctor was wonderful.
