Ms. Wegener Np was so professional and kind. She wrote out a diagram of how the heart worked and explained everything quite well.

This was my first time seeing Maeghan Wegener, I was very happy with the visit. Maeghan was very professional yet she made it comfortable to talk to her and ask questions. The entire team was wonderful!

Maeghan followed up on a question I had about taking a medication with my cardiologist. She got me the answer very quickly. She reached out with the answer via MyChart the same day.

Maeghan was patient with my concerns and treated me very kindly and professionally. She put me at ease at the same time she explained everything.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing that the staff could do. They were all excellent at what was a stressful situation for me. I feel I have made the correct decision to proceed with the ablation and I appreciate their information so I could make an informed decision.

Megan was very thorough in her work. She listened to everything I had to say. She listened to everything that led up to my ER visit and the results of getting a heart monitor for 30 days. In my opinion she done a great job of listening, then deciding on a course of action.
