I had such an easy, convenient experience at the office and Dr. Steinbeck and the staff were excellent. I feel respected and cared about as a patient and I find Dr. Steinbeck very attentive and kind. They truly care.

Dr. Steinbeck was the most amazing woman I have ever met to take care of my husband. He's walking around and he's hurting but he's not hurting as bad as he was. She is absolutely wonderful. I would be telling everybody about Dr. Steinbeck. Thank you and have a good day.

The office was very clean. I really liked the coffee bar. Everyone was pleasant and friendly and polite. The doctor was very knowledgeable about my health history. And overall, I had a very good experience. The only issue was the wait time was a bit long.

Parking at the 98 James St, Edison location is IMPOSSIBLE. I have to get there at least 30 min before my scheduled appointment to allow time for circling the building until being lucky enough to be randomly near a car pulling out. This time I was circling for over 20 minutes in pouring rain. This is ridiculously unacceptable and will likely force me to change providers.

Dr Steinbeck rushed through my appointment and was dismissive with my concern. He also prescribed medicine (birth control) and didn't ask if I was interested in taking it.

The office staff was very nice and professional. They greeted me and checked me in, in a manner that made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Steinback was very professional and helpful. He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions.

The intake assistant or nurse was not very clear with her communications to the doctor and myself and the online services to communicate to the doctor's office are horrible. I will never come back to this doctor even though I've been seeing him for 25 years. This experience has ruined it for me and I will never come back. It's very unfortunate and now I need to find a new gynecologist because of the staff. I will never come back. So that should probably be looked into. Have a good day.

For almost 60 years went to the house on Amboy Ave for my doctor visits. Always warm and comforting place. Went to James St Edison location for this visit. Although everyone was very nice and efficient, the office was cold and sterile. Big change! Not even towellettes to clean up after exam.

Dr. Wayne Steinbeck was thorough and addressed all my concerns and issues. He was patient and kind and explained everything to me in detail. He gave me exact/specific instructions with a detailed explanation. I did not feel rushed. I felt that he cared about my concerns. I would definitely recommend him.

Office staff and physician were pleasant, organized and accommodating. Space attractive and clean. My suggestion would be to have better signage indicating access to the 4th floor elevator (where providers office is) is around the back of the bldg. All in all, from scheduling to office visit completion, my experience was excellent.

This was my first visit with Dr Wayne Steinbeck since I had not seen a gynecologist in almost 10 years. He was kind, professional, very knowledgeable and thorough. He put me at ease. I was so happy that I got an appointment with him, and would highly recommend him.
