Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Kelsie Watson's nurse/assistant is always friendly, caring, and attentive during my visit. The same goes for Kelsie. I'm so happy when I leave knowing they both care about me as a person and my health.

NP was very thorough, listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and explained things clearly. I left feeling that although very professional and methodical, she absolutely acknowledged my concerns and was sympathetic to my anxiety about tick disease.

Nothing—I am confident my problem is being addressed, and I’m being well cared for.

Everyone I encountered was extremely nice and polite and helpful. Kelsie is so very friendly and helpful, I really like her. She really stayed on top of my situation.

I was so impressed with Kelsie Watson, NP. She was gentle, kind, wise, and thoroughly professional during my visit. A pap smear is never on my list of things to look forward to, but Kelsie made it not so bad! Her assistant was also terrific. Bravo to this whole team, I felt very well cared for.

NP Watson was interested and took the time to talk with me about additional issues. She handled the reason for my visit extremely well and asked my opion and preferences regarding treatment. She explored possible reasons for additional issues, and sctively offered suggestions and help. She was attentive, and just great. I'm very happy I was scheduled to meet with her.

Ms Watson’s level of concern was indeed impressive. I especially would like to recognize her assistant . She was extremely helpful and patient with me on a very traumatic day.
