Both Ms. Watson and her Medical Assistant were very respectful, kind, professional and thorough in providing me Excellent care & treatment. I commend them both.

The nurse was so helpful and friendly. The new nurse practitioner was amazing. Listen to symptoms. Gave a lot of time.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Kelsie Watson's nurse/assistant is always friendly, caring, and attentive during my visit. The same goes for Kelsie. I'm so happy when I leave knowing they both care about me as a person and my health.

NP was very thorough, listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and explained things clearly. I left feeling that although very professional and methodical, she absolutely acknowledged my concerns and was sympathetic to my anxiety about tick disease.

Nothing—I am confident my problem is being addressed, and I’m being well cared for.
