I have found every appointment I’ve had with Janessa Waterman to be informative, conditions explained to a level I can understand and I’ve been treated as a person, not just a patient. She is one of my favorite providers I see in Boise.

I appreciated her explanation of my white blood cell condition by creating a visual aid. It gave clarity to my understanding. And she was interested in certain aspects of my personal life which I enjoyed sharing. It establishes a rapport between the provider and the patient. Thank you.

Like I said earlier, Janessa explained the meaning of the different "ratings/numbers/scores" (whatever they are called) that my blood draw revealed, like my kidney, and that was very helpful to me to have that understanding. I appreciate the time she took to clarify those "scores."
