Dr Washington is fine but she didn’t give me a chance to ask a questions. She made us wait for 20 minutes and then spent 3 minutes. Overall, she was busy.

Nichole was very kind and helpful to me for a horrible cough that I came in for. She treated me with respect and like a decent human being and I appreciate that. Ever since covid hit the medical world has not been the same, but you could definitely tell that she was genuine in her care for me. Thank you for everything Nichole!! I appreciate you so much, especially with Dr. Mueller being out and not to see me.

Their was no follow up after my appointment. I had to be the one to try follow up on what additional care might be an option for treating my symptoms. Even then I was simply told nothing else could be done without any kind of additional discussion or explanation. I am extremely frustrated with the care that was given.

I appreciate that Nichole respects my decisions. If I don’t want to do something, she doesn’t attempt to force it or try to make me feel guilty. She provides education and then respects my choice in a nonjudgmental way.

Any child would be lucky to have Nichole as a provider. She is thorough, attentive and caring. Nichole was informative and took time to address all concerns and give me advice on potty training my daughter. My daughter had a hard time getting measured for her height and Nichole was so patient during the whole appointment. I felt comfortable, and I have full confidence that Imogen will be treated just as well at her next appointment. HIGHLY satisfied! FIVE STARS *****
