I HAVE BEEN GOING TO HSS, FOR FEW YEARS, AND I NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH ANYONE, SOMEHOW THIS TIME, THERE WAS A LADY IN THE RECEPTION AREA THAT WAS DISRESPECTFUL. THE REST OF THE STAFF WAS AMAZING.

The entire staff was friendly, warm and courteous. My only complaint is that I was left waiting in the exam room for 20 minutes. There wasn't any need for this. It should have been explained that the Dr. was seeing patients and I could have sat in the waiting area.

If I could give a rating of 20 out of 10 I would. Every experience I have had with HSS has been stellar.. from the front desk to the physician, xray techs etc. I would not switch my allegiance.

Dr. Young is an astute clinician and a caring human. My only complaint --- and it simply reflects the aforementioned facts -- is the wait for an appointment (scheduling) is frustratingly lengthy. I made my appointment well over a month (maybe two) before; I took the very first slot available at the time.

Staff does what they say they will do; I don’t have to check up or remind them which is a relief. they communicate effectively w each other which is a big help.

Dr Young was friendly. kind, caring and compassionate. He was patient, listened intently to me and took his time to explain the best treatment options for me. He also made me feel very comfortable when he performed bilateral injections of monovisc. I recommend him highly to anyone who wishes to be treated extremely well and wishes to receive quality medical attention.

You didn’t ask about wait time. My experience with HSS in NYC has been flawless with keeping things on schedule. This office in White Plains took me into the exam room on time, then had me waiting almost 40 minutes for the doc with no communication from staff.

I had seen a Westmed orthopedic dr-no physical exam whatsoever. VERY THOROUGH EXAM!!!!
