She was very rude and short with me. It was my first visit with her and I could tell she was annoyed I was there. She didn’t even wait for my test results to come back told me she’d see me in 3 months. No lab work was done. She was extremely rude, after I left the office I cried in my car for about 10 mins. She was terrible

Lauren is fabulous!!! She has advocated for me and helped tremendously to figure out the mystery of joint pains, low hormones, weight gain, etc. I've seen other providers over the years, continuing on the path of just coping with symptoms.She recognized right away that my test levels were way out of the normal and immediately started me on a treatment plan. THANK YOU LAUREN! I'm starting to feel human again.

I couldn’t speak highly enough about her or her treatment. I only felt that over 4 weeks was a bit long for a referral. But, having worked in that office, I know the providers are much in demand.

I didn't feel heard or understood by the provider at all. Her only recommendations for me for a heavy period were either birth control or a hysterectomy. When I expressed my concerns about birth control she pretty much told me there was nothing else she could do for me. Unacceptable.

Very dismissive, treated me like I shouldn't have to concerns i do yet without asking if I have a family history of the symptoms I have, which I do.

Cannot thank Lauren enough. I've been going to this group for almost 25 years. I was nervous because the providers I'd seen have retired, but i was so pleased and impressed with the care.
