Due to [ ] I had just started the program and am returning next [ ]! Everyone there one is incredible ! The staff were the ones who discovered I was in [ ], called an ambulance as well as getting ahold of my family! Susan sat with me as we were waiting for the [ ]. They were above and beyond with my situation!!

I had called from an [ ] to make an appointment with Dr. [ ] and was told couldn’t get in till [ ]. I truly had a problem and needed to have a [ ]. A young lady by the name of Christina, I think, was so gracious and said I can get you in to see Warly Gonzalez, Dr. [ ] nurse practitioner. She said he is outstanding! She went beyond the call of duty and she should be recognized for her outstanding qualities and service to the patients of NCR.

This is the first time I saw Warley for a [ ] before my [ ] for my femoral artery. He was very proficient and pleasant. I liked him.

Whenever I needed help, whether I needed an appt, or records transferred, etc., it was done promptly and correctly. Everyone at that office is always helpful, understanding and, most importantly, know what they are doing and are very professional and knowledgeable. That is greatly appreciated!

My PA was excellent. Great “bedside manner”. This was my first encounter with NCH personnel. Warly let me explain my situation, listened attentively, and explained how things were going to proceed, changed [ ], and set up a stress test and follow-up with a physician. At checkout, the admin staff member was extremely efficient in getting all follow-up events scheduled. NCH should be proud of their staff.

Nurse practitioner whirly always has gone above and beyond with to provide me with exceptional care. Had it non-being for him I would not be receiving the care that I’m getting now as I have to have a [ ] and had to have prior to it did not neither of these would’ve been possible and maybe, things would’ve not had the best outcome as they have hopefully the procedure on [ ] will go well with my new cardiologist Dr. [ ] very happy with him at Dr. [ ] was not at all helpful nor up to my standards as a cardiologist as I have been at cardiac patient since the age of [ ] I am going to be[ ] I come from Ohio. I moved here in 2023 and was with a cardiologist that was above and beyond exceptional standards Dr. [ ] nurse practitioner, and Dr. [ ] stand right beside him in the exceptional care and expertise as I put with them they deserve props to be recognized for their exceptional medical professional care and recognizing symptoms and the

I was dealing with a lot of ], but he genuinely cared about and respected my situation, which really helped calm my nerves. You have no idea how much that meant to me—it made all the difference. I’d also like to add that, everyone in the office was thoughtful and genuinely kind-hearted.

Was grateful for speedy appointment; I had great concern after [ ] and couldn’t get to see a cardiologist for [ ]. AP Nurse Warly [ ]. Was thorough and reassuring as he did evaluation. Office then made follow-up appointment with cardiologist.

The way he had explained all of my medical records to me and ways that I can understand for phenomenal and outstanding. He made sure I understood everything that he was saying and made sure that I was comfortable with his choices and decisions as far as although follow up with that needs to be done.
