This is an excellent practice. Example- they answer their own phones with immediate responses., including weekends. Regarding Bea Jaye. She is the ultimate professional... fully knowledgeable with a care plan specific to your issue. She never rushes and and makes certain you are comfortable with all decisions.

I've now had about five interactions with Bea Jaye Warlick from [ ]. She is thorough , comprehensive and compassionate. Her abilities to diagnose and prescribe skillfully reflects an individual who has taken her training seriously. I will also comment on LPG Urology and the collective of a team that works well together. They've created a safe environment based on excellence. And this is apparent when you receive medical services there.

Bea Jaye Warlick was very professional, listened patiently to my concerns and questions and was very caring. I would recommend er to anyone. The receptionist i first dealt with was very kind and explained everything very well. The man who did the initial set of questions was very professional. The lady who at the end of my appointment made my next appointment was very kind and explained things very well.

Debbie in Scheduling was simply terrific. NOT rushed. My first time scheduling a procedure, Debbie was patient, thorough, and ensured I had all the info I needed. I felt she was so terrific I asked her if she would follow up with my Doctor and ask a Q I had but failed to ask him. She said yes she would, then said when she would be able to do it. And that she would call me to provide the answer. She did it well and I was pleased and impressed by Debbie and her thoroughness and positive attitude. I'm a [ ] and know from professional experience that a top notch Excellence Team has everyone skilled, and focused on absolute excellence in Patient Care & Service. It takes everyone to have the entire Team achieve and sustain Excellence with all patients. Kudos Debbie!
