He had me in tears in the office. I immediately upon talking with him was made to feel like I was overreacting. I have had chronic sinus infections and surgery n the past and he didn’t even seem to believe that I know when something isn’t right in my sinuses. He also asked if was on a certain medication using the generic name and when I said the name of the name brand he said “it’s the same thing!” Very rudly. I got the sense he doesn’t enjoy emotional woman and that only made me more emotional.

I was truly impressed by Dr. Caleb Walters professionalism and kindness. He took the time to listen to my concerns without rushing explaining my treatment options in a way I could easily understand and made me feel completely at ease.

Seems like a good doctor. I just need to get used to having a new doctor. I saw the same doctor for over 30 years. I do plan to have Dr. Walters as my PCP for a long time as well.

Dr.Caleb is an exceptional doctor. He is incredibly empathetic, takes the time to truly listen, and never make appointments feel rushed. I always feel cared for and respected by him and It’s clear he genuinely cares about his patients. Highly recommend.

Dr. Walters appears to be very knowledgeable, especially about various drugs. We learned both myself and husband that some of the medication’s we are taking are not really for what those other doctors prescribed them for. I am still new in this office. I think Dr. Walters will be a good fit for our family.
