Convenient location, easy to get in and out of parking and also once inside hospital, adequate signage to find your way around. Also, Dr. Parker and his assistant are the best!

Staff is nice and efficient. The building is clean east to get navigate. The only ding would be the parking deck but I understand you work with the space you have.

My 90 year old mother has had laser twice prior to this visit at a different location. This was by far her worst experience. She doesn’t feel she was numbed properly bc she could feel everything. The tech even said when the dr came in that she might need to numb her again bc it had been too long. As her child and care giver there was no contact w/ me what so ever regarding her procedure. This is unacceptable when you are treating a 90 year old. My mom, although pretty with it as a 90 year old, doesn’t hear well and doesn’t always get things right. I understand this was a pretty simple procedure (to the doc and techs) but any procedure is not simple to an elderly person. Please learn from this horrible experience. My husband is a surgeon and he, too, was shocked with the lack of communication.

Smooth check in process. Quick clinical response. Procedure time was very fast. I was told to arrive at 10:30 and Dr arrives at 11:20. Immediately came in and began the 2 min. Procedure and I was out the door by 11:30.

Receptionist made check in so smooth and easy. Technician/nurse that took my blood pressure, and administered eye drops was so kind and informative
