Staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr Simoneaux was so friendly and unrushed. Listen to my past experiences with my previous urologist- very compassionate and a great listener.

I have so much respect for you guys. I wish I would have seen you guys earlier. Doctor Simoneaux. And his staff has treated me with so much respect. Words can't describe i have so much respect for the hospital and its staff. I surely appreciate it.

Was there anything outstanding?
My wife walked into the clinic without an appointment and was very upset and concerned about my condition. The receptionists were very sympathetic to my issue and immediately sent for the nurses to come talk to me. Maddie(nurse) showed compassion for my concerns and put my concerns to rest. They gave us more understanding about my condition.
