Overall it was a very good experience. The exam room needed a good cleaning but the people were fantastic.

Clean room, change paper on exam table, mop up floors.

The people seem to make shore that you are understanding your Vista and answer all your questions. They are down to earth and great at it.

Dr Simoneaux and staff are friendly, courteous and listen well. I was seen in a timely fashion and given appropriate screening. The visit went well and I left with good information and a clear understanding of my condition.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
It took 2 months to get this appointment. That seems like a very long time to wait for medical care.

Simple visit, very simple. Doctor Simoneaux was very clear on his plan for treatment for me. Staff was courteous & comforting.

At my initial appointment, with Dr. Simoneaux, he gave me a thorough explanation of my condition and told me that he would handle my case as though I was his Father and at my age, I could be. That let me know that I was in good hands!!!!

I thought the new nurse Trina was skilled, learning her new responsibilities, knowing her limitation, acknowledging that. I saw cooperation with doctor & nurse, efficiency & professionalism.

He is the first Doctor Who made me feel as though he was interested in helping me. the last two years were miserable for me. I have confidence in him that he would help me solve my problem that I’ve had for the last two years.
