When I went to the visit, I knew I had a urinary tract infection, and she only prescribed me three days of Bactrim DS, I have had this problem many times and I told her three days is not going to be enough, and it wasn’t. I had sent a message through the portal and finally ended up calling on a Friday afternoon to get more medication because I still felt like I had the UTI. And the nurse that called me back asked me if I could go to urgent care, I said no because I was already there and was positive for a UTI.

Hannah was very easy to talk to and had very helpful information on how I could swallow the horse pills she was prescribing as to not gag and choke on it. And it worked.
