This was my first visit with Dr. Wallace and I must admit that I was very impressed by her professionalism and care. I'm very happy that I have selected Dr. Wallace for my primary care.

Over the past year, Dr. Wallace has consistently taken her time with me and truly advocates for my wellbeing. She listens carefully, talks through options, and often anticipates my questions about medication changes or side effects before I even ask. After a very difficult period marked by multiple sudden losses, she was steady, compassionate, and thoughtful in helping manage my depression and anxiety, carefully guiding my medications while also listening in a way that helped me feel deeply supported. She explains things in clear, understandable terms, checks that I'm comfortable with the plan, and involves me in every decision about my care. Recently, when my circumstances changed, her team responded quickly to get me in as soon as possible to reassess and adjust the plan, which made me feel both heard and safe under her care.

Dr. Wallace is a GEM!! I have never felt so cared for by a physician in a long time. As an RN of 50 years. I've had tons of experience with MDs. She ranks in the top 5 !! She really CARES about helping me stay healthy. I'm so grateful .

Dr Wallace is the best PCP I've ever had. She is kind, competent, and dedicated to her work. Takes her time and practices good shared decision making.

Dr. Lacie Wallace is a phenomenal physician. I have been looking for almost 5 years for a good general practitioner and finally found her. She is smart as an excellent bedside manner is caring and very thorough. I also want to say that I really appreciate how good roper is about having access to and looking at my other medical records. At MUSC that is not the case every appointment I've had at MUSC with a specialist. They haven't been able to access my records or haven't looked at them before my appointment. This is a big deal and because I've seen how well Roper does this for internal medicine I might end up moving some of my specialty care over to Roper from MUSC. Just thought you'd like to know that kind of thing really does matter and it's worth the effort you put in for the patients.

Dr. Wallace is great. Listens very carefully. Provides advice but also is willing to listen to what you want as a patient. Very caring and a great doctor.
