Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Everyone were courteous, kind attentive from the minute. I walked in the door.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
This may be odd to say but my visit that day needed no improvement. Excellent excellent excellent.

Dr. Wagner was absolutely amazing. Not only was he empathetic, but he was communicative on a level that was neither condescending or rushed. In addition, he explained in detail what needed to be understood and the reasons behind the decisions that he recommended. I could not give him a higher rating

Dr. Wagner is a wonderful asset to BJC. He has an excellent welcoming demeanor. I am completely confident in his ability as a medical specialist.

Dr. Wagner went above and beyond to help me. He is one of the kindest and most caring physicians I’ve met. His clinical skills are outstanding. I highly recommend Dr. Daniel Wagner.

All good, Dr. Wagner seems very well intended for my care, that’s primary, but I wish I understood why one of my meds seemed arbitrarily doubled. He did well. He’s new to me and it will work.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
A little more attention to my concern would have been good. I think he did it right, just a little more attention to my surprise would have helped.

Dr Wagner is very caring and has always taken an approach that instills confidence and makes me feel that he really cares and wants to do what is best for me!

Dr. Wagner is always very pleasant, answers questions, explains things. He’s not an alarmist and is calming in his approach. He also takes ample time and doesn’t rush through appointments. I feel very fortunate to have him as my Cardiologist!!
