Dr. Veroneese addressed previous visits concerns showing that he remembered me as a patient and looked at my file before starting the appointment which I really appreciated. he also addressed concerns from my previous visit with a different doctor where I felt I wasn't heard and was dismissed. He gave me solutions to concerns I had and was very empathetic to what I was feeling. I left the appointment so happy compared to frustrated/angry like I had 3 weeks prior. Can't express enough the gratitude I have for him to making me feel heard and that my concerns were valid. I wish I had him more often and wished I wasn't already pre-scheduled out for the rest of pregnancy so I could request him more often.

even though the English language is a little different, it was not a barrier for the whole team to be available to help, care and serve my husband and I, excellent professionals, Dr. Veronese is attentive, committed, ethical, prepared, even finished his schedule he went after a delivery to talk to me, explaining step by step of all the options, very polite and shows at all times that he knows what he is talking about.

everything was perfect from checkin nurse doctor check out . No excessive wait. Nurse even went out of her way to say Goodbye and have a great day. Everyone was quick and helpful pleasant polite.
