Dr. Shashank is skilled in presenting options for consensus decisions between the patient and himself. He effectively describes benefits and risks of alternative treatment plans. He is direct, does not beat around the bush. He provided a well written summary report of my case and treatment plan quickly.

I appreciate the conservative approach to my healthcare. I also appreciate how well I was listened to, how well I was treated as well. As a pain patient, this hasn’t always been my experience elsewhere. It’s a refreshing change.

Everyone I encounter on staff are very professional, and I often recommend the practice to friends.However, in my personal case, I’ve had follow up questions, and when I called to ask, I end up in triage. The triage nurses are great too, but a quick call from Dr. V‘s nurse would be much more helpful and stress relieving. I rate this practice very highly.Thank you for helping me.

Where good quality listening to what I, my husband, and my daughter had to say about things during my visit. Very understanding, very very caring answered all of the questions that they had and was very interested in how I failed and caring about it.

Staff was both friendly and personal.When your issue with the medical record. They do have paperwork in the office which I did not find online. Having it online would be a time saver and allow for more thorough responses.
