Availability. And create a process that your providers stop leaving. Not sure of the feedback as to why your providers keep going somewhere else. But you might want to let ok at why. Mental health is suffering and there is too much of a wait. It's hard enough to get your child to open up to a stranger but once that bond is made. A year later the provider leaves. Makes it so hard on successful therapy.

Vivian pinner is the absolute best!!! I have never come across a more kind, caring and dedicated counselor is my entire life. She is the reason we continue to use Baptist.

It is wonderful. My therapist Vivian Pinner is amazing and really understands what I am going through. My psychiatrist Jennifer Davis is wonderful as well for helping keep my medicines managed and refilling when I need them. I wholeheartedly love Baptist Behavioral Health and would recommend it to anyone seeking treatment. They know their stuff.

I love my counselor Vivian. This is the first counselor I've seen with EAP that made me feel like she really cares about my healing. She has given me a safe place to talk about things I've never been able to tell anyone. She gives me homework, which I love so I can continue to reinforce what we talk about in my sessions. When I thanked her recently she said it was me doing the work but she is the reason I am able to open up. I have and will continue to recommend Vivian & EAP to my co-workers that may be struggling. I'm a big advocate for EAP, not sure where I would be without Vivian and this benefit.

The whole process from the front desk to my sessions with Vivian have been great. At first I was skittish about the telehealth process but it works well. My sessions with Vivian are more like talking to a friend that really has my best interest at heart. I hope to finally get things worked through that should have been long ago.
