I made an appointment for my 9 year old and after paying a $100 copay, the dr told me he doesnt treat children. The front desk was unable to help. I called the billing office and Pat was very nice and so helpful. But unable to help so she forwarded my info to the office manager Kristen. She called me back very quickly but stated because the dr came in the room and gave me an educated guess and told me that he doesnt treat children that I would still be charged for the appointment. Its just so expensive for a working mom and I feel frustrated that the patient care was not better. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
