The doctor was very professional and made me fill comfortable. The biggest problem I had was finding the office. A sign out front telling you to come to the back of the building to the office.

I felt like they didn’t think my skin tag/mole was very large & didn’t need removed. I didn’t even ask for another to be removed bc I was embarrassed. I heard the nurse talking to Dr in the hallway.

I found the entire experience beyond my expectations. Very pleasant personalities with a very comfortable atmosphere with a very accessible office location. Everyone that worked there was very conversational and had a pleasant personality and I would recommend them highly.

Long wait, receptionist seemed frazzled/annoyed, MD and his nurse never seem to remember why we are there and I have to remind them of full history. Generally, really unimpressed and this has been my experience each visit. We intend to switch practices for follow up

I arrived at time requested. Within 10 minutes I was taken to a room. The nurse verified my data, obtained vital signs and prepared me for the physician. He arrived in 5 minutes and addressed by issues. I could not receive better service from arriving to departure. Dr Bernardi and his team provided excellent care.
