I found the entire experience beyond my expectations. Very pleasant personalities with a very comfortable atmosphere with a very accessible office location. Everyone that worked there was very conversational and had a pleasant personality and I would recommend them highly.

Appointment ran on time, even early. Staff competent and friendly. Nurse and doctor had great "bedside manor" and knowledgeable.

Long wait, receptionist seemed frazzled/annoyed, MD and his nurse never seem to remember why we are there and I have to remind them of full history. Generally, really unimpressed and this has been my experience each visit. We intend to switch practices for follow up

I arrived at time requested. Within 10 minutes I was taken to a room. The nurse verified my data, obtained vital signs and prepared me for the physician. He arrived in 5 minutes and addressed by issues. I could not receive better service from arriving to departure. Dr Bernardi and his team provided excellent care.

I did not have a long wait to be seen. Dr. Bernardi listened to my concerns and explained the actions he took. I was however. I did not get home with a printout of the actions taken
