My visit was a comfortable visit with a caregiver who I have not met before but was treated as I am sure all of her patients are treated and that was very good.

My appt started late, but that is who Jane is. She is not dictated to by a clock, but by what the person in front of her needs. I did appreciate the MA coming in to tell me that Jane was working with someone that needed a bit longer. I have been in thst patient's place before, so it was okay. This dedication is why I stay with Jane.

Appreciated her candor and ability to prioritize, balancing the general health maintenance procedures with the care for the matters that prompted the visit. She quickly figured out that I need to understand why a medication or procedure is needed and was very upfront with the rationale.

I can't naty get help with the pain.I'm dealing with in my hip postle.Got a tight tuscal shot never got my shot.All they did was show me the exit door that's unfair.

The total amount of time spent on me inc. 10 min before me, 40 min w/ me, and 10 min after. In all this time my concerns were not addressed. I spent more time defending why I've switched PCPs. (Guess. I'm still living a poor quality of life because co-conditions aren't being addressed.) It was an interrogation, not an appt. This person shouldn't be licensed.
