The front desk receptionist was extremely rude. We have been going to legacy er for 20 years and never had the issue. When trying to leave and discharge out person wasn’t there and waited for awhile and when finally came back they was not friendly. Horrible customer service at front desk. Nurses and doctor were great. Need new front staff!

Amazing staff. As a first time mom with all the anxiety and worries about my daughter, the staff were so kind and understanding. They treated us so kindly and went the extra mile to care for our daughter.

The Nurse Practioner was excellent. The whole process took 3 hours to complete. I understand there is probably a shortage of staff.

Mainly, everyone was busy but not too busy to listen to my answers the medical questions or to express kindness and care throughout. My only thought to forward to the Doc is that while all my other symptoms are slowly fading, the night time coughing has not decreased yet. Lack of sleep has me foggy brained and tired.

On my first visit they kept my oxygen on and didn't check my oxygen levels while I was walking. When I got back to my room and sat down my oxygen levels were fine. I was allowed to go home without oxygen. By the next morning I was back at the hospital because my oxygen levels were down in the 70's.

From the time I entered Legacy ER, the check in was smooth, the triage was very good and the discussion with the Doctor, nurses and phlebotomist was exceptional. It is hard to find a standalone ER/UV that has a lab and CT onsite. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and very kind. This is what HealthCare needs to be!! Thank you!

I was put in the hallway in the Number four seat. I watch people come in after me in the other hallway seats with minor injuries or sore throat go out quickly. I thought I was forgot about until I mentioned it to somebody then they went and talked to the doctor and then all of a sudden the doctor came after about three hours of being in pain.

It was all good.After registering I only waited a short time and then went to Triage.Doctor saw me in Chairs and ordered a series of xrays.They were done pretty quickly.I think by the time of discharge I hadn't even been there 2 hours. I'm so happy this facility is available

Angelica and my discharge nurse (Jenny)? were all so knowledgeable, kind and patient. They were thorough explaining everything and provided great recommendations. This has been one of the best experiences I've had at an urgent care clinic.

I came in in immense pain. My husband and I were both nervous about what it could mean. I got into a room so quick and everyone moved fast to get me pain relief. At the end of all the tests there weren’t immediate reasons for my symptoms but not a single member of the staff made me feel like they didn’t believe I had had this pain. I am grateful for their help and they gave me a great place to start looking for answers.
