From start to finish I felt cared for and heard. I had a very good experience at this facility and was really impressed with the staff, especially the kind Jami Mock, ARNP. I walked out feeling so much better than when I walked in. Thank you.

It was a quick and easy visit. I did have an ear infection and it was diagnosed and treated with efficiency and and care. The front desk folks were friendly and checked me in right away!!It was all in all a pleasant visit to a clinic. Thanks to the staff and doctors.

My visit was with a PA not a Dr. I was at the clinic on a Friday morning. The wait to see the provider was a bit longer than anticipated. However, I understand the triage process at an UC/ER. The nurse who brought me back when a room became available apologized for the wait.

Everything from the moment I walked in and told the front desk why I was there happened fast, there was no waiting. Promptly after the nurse was finished with the basic vitals
along with questioning me about my problem, the doctor came in with a treatment plan. Things went well and quickly and I was ready to go home far sooner than I expected.

At one point I had asked for a tissue for my nose, instead she was very understanding and gave me an entire box to take home. I felt that even though they were busy they tried their best to help as fast as possible.

Everybody at the urgent care were very kind & concerned when I was brought in for pain & reaction from a bad dental procedure I received from Aloha Dental in Silverdale. I was seen right away! I was prescribed antibiotics & pain medicine. My prescription was filled immediately. I'm so greatful to everyone there for everything they did to help me!

My doctor could not see me and recommend Urgent Care. Took his advice and was very pleased with the facility and staff. The facility was spotless, modern and well staffed.

I do feel that the exray lady tech that day, that I came in, could have been more pleasant about how she talked to me about getting my leg in position to do the exrays. I was in a lot of pain, when I was there. We'll I guess also I felt that the hallways of this area of the building, was a bit too cold. But was thankful for a nice medical girl worker, gave me a warm blanket.

This is my 2nd visit to this clinic and both times I was taken in right away, I really appreciated this as I was in a lot of pain and they moved quickly to make me comfortable. Everyone in this clinic was wonderful and I highly recommend this clinic/ ER.

I'm assuming this was for my visit of 27 AUG 2026. I was seen quickly, I had a short wait. The longest wait during my visit was waiting for the walking cast and final release. Total time of my visit and release was about an hour. Not bad at all.

It was a blessing to register at the front desk and be IMMEDIATELY taken back into an examination room. I interacted with three different women, a doctor, a nurse, and an assistant. Each person dealt with me efficiently & skillfully, which engendered my trust.
