Significant testing and evaluation were done and each person involved in my care displayed real competence. The level of care I received was superior to much of the care I receive in Maine.I would highly recommend the care of Virginia Mason urgent care

The nursing staff was exceptional, particularly Amy. The wait to be treated after registration had been about 5 1/2 hours. However, once all testing was done and a second more serious, immediate problem was found the treatment team was great. They kept me informed of what was diagnosed, procedures and medications needed and checked in frequently to see how I was doing. I had presented with symptoms of possible Diverticulosis, which were confirmed. In addition, the blood labs showed I had a critically low level of Potassium, which required a lengthy IV infusion to bring to acceptable levels befoe discharge.

The whole experience, from checking in, short wait time and extremely friendly and attentive staff. The Nurses and Doctor were really nice and made the whole experience painless, even though i was in some discomfort, none of it was related to my actual visit.

This was my first time in the remodeled Urgent Care in Port Orchard. I was totally impressed from the minute I walked in. The receptionist and each person who helped me was very courteous and respectful. My diagnosis was clearly explained, and I left feeling I had the best treatment I could have gotten anywhere. I saw at least 3 others treated as well during my visit. I will never hesitate to go there when needed.

This was the first time I had visited this location. The facility was clean and staff was amazing. I was seen for a issue with my ear and it took me 10 minutes total to be checked in, vitals, see the doctor, and checkout process. I am highly impressed with this facility.

The front desk receptionist was extremely rude. We have been going to legacy er for 20 years and never had the issue. When trying to leave and discharge out person wasn’t there and waited for awhile and when finally came back they was not friendly. Horrible customer service at front desk. Nurses and doctor were great. Need new front staff!

Amazing staff. As a first time mom with all the anxiety and worries about my daughter, the staff were so kind and understanding. They treated us so kindly and went the extra mile to care for our daughter.

The Nurse Practioner was excellent. The whole process took 3 hours to complete. I understand there is probably a shortage of staff.

Mainly, everyone was busy but not too busy to listen to my answers the medical questions or to express kindness and care throughout. My only thought to forward to the Doc is that while all my other symptoms are slowly fading, the night time coughing has not decreased yet. Lack of sleep has me foggy brained and tired.

Even though they were very busy at the time I was there, the entire staff treated me like I was their only concern. They took excellent care of me and did what they could do to expedite my treatment so I was not kept in the clinic for an extraordinarily long time.
I will recommend them and I will be back as necessary.

Everyone from Registration Staff to Morgan the Triage RN to Ian the Attending RN to Dr. Mc Allister (sp?) gave excellent, thorough care. I felt as though I was in very good hands every step of the way.

My nurse and doctor were very nice and had great bed side manner. they checked in quite a bit and explained things very thoroughly for me. Labs came back quick too.

On my first visit they kept my oxygen on and didn't check my oxygen levels while I was walking. When I got back to my room and sat down my oxygen levels were fine. I was allowed to go home without oxygen. By the next morning I was back at the hospital because my oxygen levels were down in the 70's.

This was my best ER experience ever and I was so embarrassed even coming into the ER over what could be morning. Nurses and doctors were incredibly kind and communicative. Very grateful for the care.

From the time I entered Legacy ER, the check in was smooth, the triage was very good and the discussion with the Doctor, nurses and phlebotomist was exceptional. It is hard to find a standalone ER/UV that has a lab and CT onsite. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and very kind. This is what HealthCare needs to be!! Thank you!
