This was my second visit this year, it's fairly close to my house. Both times everyone from the front desk registration, nurses/doctors, were very kind and thoughtful, friendly people.

After receiving multiple diagnoses based upon Zio patch results and concerning indications from Kardio cardiac tracings the chest pain prompting my ER visit was more fully explained by the ER doctor and that was very much appreciated.

I was in and out very quickly, yet received a high level of care. When I left I did not feel as though the medical team had rushed or "glossed over" any part of my care. I felt as though they had done a very thorough job of assessing my case, and done so in a very timely manner.

Overall everyone was very nice and pleasant. The only thing was when I was in the exam room after xrays . No one came in to check on me or let me know what was happening. I was there when it was a shift change. So there a bit of a lag. That is the only "complaint ". Other than that, the staff there were great. Jenny who did my xrays and ct was the sweetest person. She was so nice and helpful.

The wait time, care and everything else was great. Test results came back at expected time frame in ED. The doctor, nurses, tech, registration person were all courteous and polite. They took our concern seriously. Our experience was great overall and we were happy that we had chosen Fransiscan Urgent Care/ED. One thing was a bit unclear - communication regarding blood cultures. But in the end, it all worked out. Dr. Owens and his RN were caring and took time to listen and explain the procedures and what was going to happen. Thank you!

The service was fast, efficient and friendly in every aspect of the treatment. The facility is state-of-the-art extremely clean. The total wait time was short compared to other experiences elsewhere, and every attempt was made to make me comfortable.

I was upstairs at my Dr's office and I believe I was mislead if I went downstairs to urgent care that I would be able to get more care. I'm not trying to make a big deal of this because I have always got great care at dr Quarles office. It was maybe a misunderstanding but that day I was upset when I could have got the same care upstairs that I got at urgent care. Next time I need to ask more questions about the care and especially the cost at the urgent care.

They "staff" got me in, registered and triage much quicker than I expected. The doctor came in to talk to me and knew pretty quickly what would help me. He implemented a plan and I was on my way.

Most of medical staff was great. The xray person was not so great. I came in for knee pain from a fall. They did not introduce themselves and just parked the wheelchair far from the bed. I wasn’t sure if it was for me or someone else until they said, “I’m from xray let’s go” I had to hobble to the chair. Same treatment in the xray room.

Facility was not busy and check-in and triage happened quickly and I was put in a room. Radiology came pretty quickly as well, and I was returned to the room. Then I sat for well over 90 minutes and and got increasingly cold and hungry. My husband finally went out to ask what was going on and we were told that the images had been sent to Harborview for review. But this was after 6:30pm and it was unlikely there would be any reply until the next day. We finally insisted on leaving, and discharge happened after 7pm.

Both times I have visited, once for my son and once for me. When I brought my son in we waited maybe 10 minutes. When I recently went for myself, I didn't even have a chance to sit down. Both visits combined were about 90 minutes total. Thank you for making everything a quick process!
