Check-in was seamless. Initially saw the CRNP, who was attentive and caring. Then met with doctor, who listened, and made a suggestion for further treatment, which made sense.

Secretary, Tech, NP and Doctor were very nice and they did their job and they all acknowledge me . They asked questions and I asked questions and they were answers. Wait time for NP and DOCTOR was awhile. And it was very cold in examine room. But all and all visit was good.

4 month wait between visits. Set up to get injections at UAB WEST. Only to behold insurance needs to ok treatment first, which is difficult cause looking forward to minimal pain
