I waited in his patient office for an additinal 40 plus minutes past my appt time. He spent maybe 5 minutes with me. All around bad experience.

Good, clear information/ explanation about my particular concerns and questions. Personally recommended a neurologist.

He let me know that anytime I need to talk I can always call him for questions

Dr. Vasudeva spoke with me, my daughter and husband and before doing surgery. I do remember some of what he told me

He was very rushed, did not give me time to address all of my questions, treated me as if i shouldn't be in pain after back surgery. I thought all of my nurses were wonderful, hard working, and very compassionate. It's a shame when they want to help their patients feel better, but aren't allowed to by the doctor.

Let me know that following up coming MRI begin treatment to help my back issues.

Dr. V was very thorough in explaining what will take place during my surgery.

I understand the Doctors are very busy. My experience throughout this process was frustrating. You need to Che k in 15 minutes before your appoint, a nurse generally brought you to an exam room at appointment time. The girst time I met with Dr V, was 45-60 minutes late for the appointment with no apology. For my April appointment, he had an emergency and I met with a PA. When we met 6/28,, he was 30-40 minutes late and never said I’m sorry to keep you waiting. I had friends under going very similar surgery to mine at the same time with GNS. They had multiple appointments with their surgeon and said the PA proactively reached out check on them… the messaging system was my lifeline to the process. Vanessa was very good at responding and running down my issues. I am sure that Dr V is an excellent surgeon, I wish there had been better communicators and he was more engaged in the post operative process.
