This was my first visit with NP Viola. Immediately, I observed she is very welcoming, knowledgeable, down to earth and kind. NP Viola was also teaching during our visit which further confirmed her knowledge and character. The appointment staff member made an effort to get me an appointment and NP Viola’s staff and student was very pleasant as well. NP Viola is definitely a provider I would make an appointment with in the future when Dr. Houser is not available.
