I am extremely comfortable with visiting the office and seeing the doctors there at the office i thinknthe office is also very warming clean and comfortable that alone eases any tentions or fears you may have walking in. I am very satisfied everytime I have to come into the office

Dr. Moss was very professional, answered all my questions, and above and beyond. Definitely would refer him as a general surgeon to family members and all friends and associates. Wish we had more great general surgeons like him. Thank you.

It's essential that all medical staff treat their patients with respect. This wasn't evident because the office didn't have gowns, making the experience quite uncomfortable. Even more so when the interpreter was on screen and I had to let them know, he and his chaperone didn't even notice. In short, we missed the trip; we weren't given a clear answer to what we went for, and he ordered tests for a vascular problem, which we'd already asked about.

I had an extremely comfortable experience today for my elective excision procedure. I found Surgeon Dr. Moss to be extremely cordial and a very accommodating physician. His entire team and the OT technicians and the staff was incredible, extremely respectful, extremely friendly, and they made me feel extremely comfortable. It was a 10 on 10 experience for me.

Dr. Moss performed my emergency surgery in June 2024; he was awesome during that time and saved my life. He is the best. Explains what he will be doing, easy to understand results and time lines.

I wish the nurses treating there spoke both languages, because I speak Spanish, and they only treated me in English and didn't try to help me translate. Only the doctor helped me translate; he found a translator. Nothing more. And everything was normal.
