My visits are normally good it's when I call/portal with a concern rather than letting my doctor know what's going on she inserts herself. Then I have to explain to her me and my doctor spoke concerning xyz. Then I ask is this his answer or hers. Then I say I want to hear what he thinks.

Dr Lem was so good about explaining my condition, showing me and explaining the CT and discussing the options and the next steps for me. He listened to me and answered all of the questions that I could think of at the time. He was compassionate and personable and factual. He explained in detail the next steps of my care and I feel confident in his assessment and our plan going forward.
