What else would you like to say about your experience?
Dr Lem has been my pulmonologist since 2015 when I first found I had SCL-70 antibodies. He has treated me through pulmonary embolisms when I walked into the office with them and I had a GI bleed at the same time in 2016. He’s caring and well educated. As far as I am concerned, he has saved my life on more than one occasion now. I’m grateful to have him as a specialist on my team!
His staff is also great!

What else would you like to say about your experience?
I drive a round trip of almost 200 miles to keep Dr. Lem as my pulmonologist. He's absolutely delightful, kind, trustworthy and I greatly appreciate his expertise.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lim for a number of years and he has always been a gentleman and always explained everything perfectly to me and treated me very, very well and I hope he never retires. But I know that it's going to be in the future but he is a wonderful doctor and you have a wonderful whole staff working there and I appreciate it. Thank you.

Dr. Lim was my dad's doctor and my sister's doctor and now he's my doctor and he is the very best doctor in the world. He does his homework. He has looked over your chart thoroughly, thoroughly before he even walks into the room to meet with you and he's very compassionate and he's very knowledgeable. He looks at you as a whole person. He's very caring, very intelligent, super intelligent, but not arrogant in any way. Like some doctors, anyway, he's wonderful and he helped my dad to have quality.

Yes, I've been going to the Thoracic Center for a few years now. Dr. Lem is my doctor. He's been one of the most pleasant doctors I've ever had. And he listens to me and he explains everything to me, which I appreciated.

I had to ait 45minutes to see the doctor. This is not acceptable. Should this happen again I will walk out and find another doctor.

First of all, I want to say I've never been in an office more well run, more respectable, more kind, more efficient, more compassionate, all the way from the genius of the care. You can't say enough about Dr. Lim. You can't say enough good things about a more dedicated, knowledgeable, and kind, and caring, and compassionate doctor. who's just a genius to boot. There is no better office in Kansas City run than the pulmonary office of St. Luke's. And it's the best experience of any doctor's or doctor's office I've ever been to, and I've been going there a long time. And I'm 63 years old, and I've been seeing all kinds of doctors.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Dr. Lane, my provider, was really nice and he actually looked my case history properly before visiting me, which was not the case previously whenever I have different looks. So I would say he has done a proper job. Hopefully I can get my treatment possibly done properly and again. That's all.

Dr. Lem is amazing! Very caring, explained everything and compared images from 2 years ago to current. His bed size manners are the best I have ever encountered anywhere I have been, truly a gem.

They were just all exceptional. And I've been in the medical field and everything. And the thing I always try to get across to people is to think outside the box that one size doesn't fit all. It's the practice of medicine and stuff that they just can't assume things because, like the doctor said, I am extremely complicated and I am. And so I was grateful that they listened and so I really appreciate it.

The doctor and the staff were exceptional. And the doctor spent more time with me than he should have. I couldn't be more happier and blessed to have such a great doctor. And the staff is amazing. Everyone in that whole office is just awesome.

When Dr Lem stepped out of the room my wife and I looked at each other and said that was the most informative doctors appointment we had ever had. I wish my other doctors had half the people skills of Dr Lem !

Dr. Lem is an amazing Doctor. He is so caring and kind and compassionate. It was completely uplifting and amazing to receive care from him. I felt heard and understood. And, he went above and beyond anything he had to do for me and it filled me with joy to know that someone cared about me like that.

Dr. Lem has always been very professional and during this visit he identified a possible cardiac issue and took action for a referral. This is the second time Dr. Lem has caught a potentially serious cardiac issue for me.

Doctor Lem surely goes above and beyond, he had already checked my health information ahead of time, he reviewed everything with me about my health, previous and present, he cares to assure I see my provider for my RA, he made sure I continue my care for my Liver, he listened to my questions and concerns, he ordered all necessary labs. Overall Doctor Lem and his team are the best, I don’t know of that many physicians like Doctor Lem

Such a wonderful experience, due to every one of the staff being so loving, caring, and supportive, especially with my not feeling well. Dr. Lem is a gem. I know I am in very good hands with him as my doctor. He has given me hope. Thank you so very much.

Dr. Lem is an excellent doctor in all respects. He listens well; explains my condition and the science underlying his diagnosis; and his prescriptions have proven helpful. I cannot think of a better doctor.
