Health care is very expensive and I have to pay a good share out of pocket, for that I would like good health care. It seems like the doctor is not prepared when I have a visit. He doesn’t have the test or the results from specialists ready.

Provider ratings is fro the doctor. His nurse would be excellent when I talked to her on the phone and when I first checked in. Was not in room when Doctor was in room.

Dr. Satti has been a real blessing to me. As a person with mental health difficulties, he is wonderful. I have had practitioners before who do not like to care for seriously ill mental health patients. I have cptsd. Dr. Satti is a fantastic human being, and very thorough physician. I am so pleased he is my primary care physician..

Receptionist could be a little friendlier, not so impatient. Don’t take it out on us patients, we’re sick! There is just one receptionist there that is seldom friendly
