Dr. Forlano’s staff is exceptional. The receptionists are cheerful and welcoming. Her nursing staff are attentive. My phone calls are ALWAYS responded to quickly and her staff works hard to make sure my health needs are a priority. They have worked with me, my insurance, and my pharmacy on multiple occasions to make sure my needs are always met. I am so lucky to be a patient in this office!
