I appreciate the frequent notifications on my chart, the phone calls, the questionnaire prior to the training and the training itself. It is knowledgeable and clear though too much of content

I always have a good experience but this time after waiting for an hour, because tech by passed me my actual time with Vida was short.
I don’t usually have to wait that long. I was very frustrated.

My provider is very interested in me as a patient and answers any questions I may have. She has provided helpful guidance to me and I have enjoyed having her as my provider. Thanks

Dr Umstead is absolutely wonderful! She spent time with me and I didn’t feel rushed. Dr Umstead genuinely cares about my health and well being. I left my appointment this morning in better spirits and feeling positive about my health after seeing Dr Umstead. The only regret I have is that I didn’t leave WellStar sooner. Piedmont has helped me tremendously and every person there was so nice and helpful. Thank you Piedmont
