Dr Cowan is great! She came in practically immediately and is very easy to talk to. The nurse and man at the front desk were so nice too.

Dr. Cowan wasn't at all inviting when she entered the room. I felt like I was in the wrong place. Needless to say, I didn't schedule a follow-up.

I’ve met with Dr. Cowan now twice, and both times I was very pleased. I was called in to see her as soon as I got there, actually a few minutes before my scheduled appointment time. No wait is a good thing! I was pleased with the exam, lab work, and consultation, and she seemed to take an interest in the whole mind/body/healthy lifestyle approach, which is why I wanted to see an MD osteopath, in the first place. Even though my blood pressure is too high, she did not recommend pharmaceutical meds. She recommended other ways to reduce stress and weight.

I was seen incredibly fast, even though I arrived ahead of my appointment time. Very little waiting, if any, and I loved that!

I recently moved to Huntsville and the medical care or lack thereof I received in Huntsville will never compare to UAB. In less than an hour at UAB I was able to see my doctor, get labs, and an x-ray. Truly grateful for UAB and all the services they have made available in one building for their patients. It is worth the drive!

Visiting Dr. Victoria C is always a pleasure. How ever the front desk staff came off rude. Furthermore she was loud with saying my address and I felt a little uncomfortable

Everyone, from reception to nurse to doctor was friendly. That is an odd word to use, but all the people I saw put me at ease. As person who has not been to see a doctor in a number of years the people I saw put me at ease.

From checking in to checking out everything was excellent. I didn't have to wait long to be called back. The nurse for Dr. Cowan was great. Dr. Cowan listened to everything I had to say and was very helpful. She was AMAZING!!!
