Friendly staff. Fast and efficient visit. It took me more time to find a parking spot and pay to park than it did to get in and out of my doctors appointment and get lab work done.

Dr. Cowan is very nice and approachable, overall the wait to get in for a PCP at UAB is criminal so I wouldn't necessarily recommend it in that respect, but I would recommend my doctor and the check in staff is very nice

Every single person I encountered was not just friendly, they were highly personable and kind. Dr. Cowan and her staff are too-notch. I appreciate that she asks questions, and listens to how and what you communicate to her.

Parking was convenient, There was front desk support when entering the building making sure I went to the correct floor. Online check in was easy. I had absolutely no wait to be seen. The care was thorough and the doctor listened and creates a strategy for my care with me. I was heard, understood and supported where I am. I have a plan to reach my health goals and I believe the support of the UAB integrated specialists in concert with my primary care doctor will create an effective preventative care approach to my health.

I really appreciated not having a long time to wait and the professionalism of the staff. Dr. Cowan was highly recommended to me and with reason. I did not feel rushed with her. She listened to me. She asked questions and answered any questions I had. She made me feel really comfortable with her and confident in her skills as a physician.
