She did offer, and gave me a flu shot, which I thought was unusual for a pulmonologist. I was very happy to have received it as I had not received one this season. Kudos to her!

I’m always a little anxious when going to the doctor. Every one from the receptionist to the doctor is unfailingly kind and professional. Everything from the light fixtures to the furniture and art is spotlessly clean and pleasant.

In reviewing the notes of session, numerous errors. Statements in physical exam that did not take place. Statements about tx recommendations and explanations that did not take place. This is concerning to me.

The provider ,Victoria, showed extreme concern and caring for my wellness. I have an outburst of my copd and lowered o2 and she immediately started me o. O2 in the office. Her concern is excellent. I’m very happy with her care.

All I can say is WOW. My first visit she knew my history and had a plan. She is very friendly and knowledgable. She was very supportive of my fears of changing meds and took the extra time to explain why.

This was my first visit with Victoria, but she was spot on with everything. She already knew my history and had a plan in mind. She was very friendly and supporting of my fears of stopping my nebulizer meds and starting an inhaler, but it's working so much better. She was embarrassed when she had to ask if we were on a fixed income and offered to help get the new med covered. Most doctors just treat Medicaid patients like garbage. It was refreshing to see a doctor who cares.
