The audiologist was terrible. She showed me my results on the screen with almost no explanation. I had to ask multiple questions to understand what it meant and follow up course of action.

The medical team worked well together! From service to patients and laughing with each other. They included us in their “family “. I expressed my gratitude for the experience, others in the waiting room agreed. Thank you for the care, smiles and true teamwork.

Victoria is wonderful! Very knowledgeable and personable. Office is always clean and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10 every time!

Visit was timely, no wait time. Did the test with follow-up results. Asked if I would want a hearing aid at this time. No. Set new appt in a year and out.
