She was professional and personable. Victoria took the time to go over my medical record with me to make sure she understood my history. She asked probing questions to ascertain my concerns. I walked away understanding fully what the next steps to my treatment were. The nurse was also very kind and explained everything she was going to do.

Even though I may be very concerned with an issue, I can be certain that there is an explanation to help correct the issue or make it much better.
