The wait time after the vitals were taken wasn’t nearly as long as I expected since Dr Morales was seeing hospital follow ups.

Dr . Morales is friendly and takes care to explain options, solutions and expected outcomes. She requested that I call in 4 days to see how I was doing. She is an asset to University Health. I would like her to have an At A Girl and a cupcake! Thank you

Everything! Dr Morales was super kind and friendly and personable and understanding and COMPASSIONATE! Which made me feel very comfortable and calm throughout my visit. She was very knowledgeable which makes me confident in her diagnoses and recommendations. Dr Morales had great attention to detail and had a lot of patience and didn't miss anything. An amazing and pleasant and COMFORTABLE experience seeing her!

She was very helpful and kind regarding my questions about NY test results and she did everything I needed her ro do to explain the results and schedule the necessary follow up appointments

She showed genuine concern with my problem, she offered great advice, she researched different options, she explained everything thoroughly. She also followed up with a phone call to ask about my condition and medication.
