I assume he has many patients and limited time, so I can blame the system. But he I need help with my questions, many still unanswered. Mybe you should have an AI Hotline set up.

Dr Velez,,, always takes his time. Ask me lots of questions, answers all of my questions and concerns. Makes me feel comfortable and then I can talk to him about anything. My physical health has been deteriorating and he has been there to make sure that I am Capable to get around and function. I consider him a friend and my doctor.

In addition to a thorough medical evaluation, and explanation of procedures, the Dr. discussed his observations of my condition. He is open to discussing alternative and various treatments and options. I want to be proactive in my medical health and he is open to discussion and direction.
