I will always be grateful for the care and caring that I have received from the neurological center from Dr Azaret and his staff to Dr Velez and his staff. Dr Velez guided me through some difficult decisions and was there after surgery. I can’t express to you enough my gratitude and appreciation. I will miss you all.
