I'm so grateful for the wonderful experience and such a beautifully welcoming, and clean place!Every person that we came in contact with, from the response team when my husband fell to the person who helped us back out to the car was absolutely the best. I didn't feel as if I was invisibly searching for help. Dr. Victor Sung must be a one of a kind doctor. He was so knowledgeable, kind, caring, understanding, and patient. He didn't just tell us things or recommend something, he actually took the time to show us and make sure that we understood, using his own time to demonstrate and fit something to my husband's needs. He was everything that you wish every physician could be. Dr. Sung's fellow did the absolute best exam my husband has ever had! They both talked to us about things that no one ever had. What each of us had to say truly mattered and they actually took the time to consider what we were trying to say. The cruelty of Parkinson's is explicable and for the first time since this awful journey began, there was just a bit of time when I felt that someone understood what was happening to our lives. I wish that I could thank everyone for both of us.

Dr. Sung and the entire team that met with my husband and myself are incredible. As each one came in they introduced themselves and explained what their area of expertise was in helping us to function as patient and caregiver. They asked questions to understand our needs and listened attentively to our responses and questions. Every one of them was professional, kind, caring and made us feel very comfortable with them. They made notes of their advice/suggestions and sent us home with a copy.

Dr Sung is an expert in his field, answered all my questions & he had great bedside manner.
