I am very saddened by Vicki’s death but Melisa and Wanda took the next steps with me and were always kind and caring.

Vicki is amazing. But finding her in the Hackensack meridian network was hard. The operators several times couldn’t find her because she is an NP I think and not listed with doctors. She should be easier to find because she’s a wonderful expert in her specialty.

I am 85 years old and have been under Vicki Denoia's care for many years. She is always patient and very understanding with my questions and listening to my issues. She is a caring practitioner who is concerned with her patient's health. Vicki is accommodating, extremely professional and knowledgeable. I am fortunate to be under her care. Just a great experience. I didn't have to wait. All my vitals were taken & was asked all the right health &medication questions.They made sure I had all the necessary paperwork for tests needed for my next visit.The entire visit was so efficient. No waiting at all.

Everyone in the office is always helpful, friendly, kind. The entire staff is just wonderful and it's been a wonderful experience being there.

I was asked to pay a $20 fee during outline check-in and at in-person check-in even though I've already met my out-of-pocket maximum for the year. You should check my insurance status before you ask for payment.

In needing to contact the office for a request the day following the visit, it is extremely frustrating to have to use a central switchboard, rather than a phone number to the doctor's facility. As a result, a test I needed did not get ordered. This is the fault of HM, not this provider

VICKI DENOIA and her staff were excellent, very much at ease. The only problem I encountered was trying to get an appointment scheduled. Apparently it was a call center and I called in July and they gave me an appointment for the end of September. It was unacceptable where I was looking elsewhere to go. However, there weren't that many specialists, but I was very disappointed in the time that I had to wait to see Vicki. When I spoke with the office staff, they said I should have been transferred directly to them, and they could have sent me in sooner. So, therefore, I was very disappointed in your call center. Terrible, terrible service. Thank you so much.

Vicky Denoia and her office team are exceptional. The office area is spotless, pleasant, well organized. The staff are very knowledgeable, kind, proficient and truly treat patients attentively and with respect.

I was so VERY fortunate to have been referred to Vicki for my osteoporosis management and treatment!! Her "bedside manner," is so very very empathetic to her patient's care and needs.
