Dr. Vicente listens to my concerns. While giving us her expert opinion, she includes us in the decision making process to make sure we are comfortable with the care plan. She also has answered my questions at night on her own time and double books herself when I really want her to see my child (instead of having to go to urgent care).

Dr. Vicente was friendly but seemed a bit rushed. She seemed like she wanted to cover everything for her medical note but did not seem as personable to walk us through where we felt comfortable enough to ask questions.
